Sam Archer has practiced family law as a specialist solicitor since 2012.
As a Senior Solicitor, Sam is a family law specialist with over 17 years of experience in the field (13 years PQE). She is a member of Resolution and the Thames Valley Family Lawyers Society, and she has a strong track record of delivering high-quality legal advice to her clients.
Sam handles a wide range of family law matters, such as divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, pre/post nuptial agreements and children issues. She is committed to helping her clients achieve the best possible outcomes, and she works collaboratively with her colleagues and other professionals to provide a comprehensive and tailored service. Sam is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and client care in her practice.
Family LawSam studied Law at Southampton University before joining the law firm Willmett Solicitors as a paralegal. She moved to KJ Smith after a couple of years which is where she first came into contact with our Chris Sutton, Jessica Jupp and Stephanie Glover. Sam progressed from Paralegal to Solicitor to Partner to Head of Office, which reflects her skills and expertise as a lawyer and her hard work and dedication to her clients. We are absolutely delighted that after 15 years with KJ Smith we could tempt her to rejoin Chris, Jessica and Stephanie to make a Family Law team briming with energy and high level expertise.
