Julie Taylor qualified in 2007 and now has many years’ experience as a specialist Employment Solicitor rising to become a Partner in a leading Thames Valley law firm and heading a successful team before joining Fenton Elliott in May 2023. She has a wealth of experience in complex employment law issues gained from working across a variety of industries. She is friendly and approachable, and cares deeply about finding the best resolution for her clients, taking account of the wider situation. Clients range from the hospitality sector and luxury clothing to medical and training providers, meaning she is used to working with business HR or Board Directors and in-house counsel, and is quick to recognise the overall commercial priority and provide a pragmatic solution, seeking to minimise the stress and conflict as much as possible.
Julie also regularly represents senior executives, both for negotiating financially suitable exits or raising whistleblowing, discrimination or grievance issues. Her experience also covers equal pay disputes and clients really value her kind understanding in situations that are often emotionally fuelled and sensitive.
